The aim of the final master's thesis is to perform the analysis of the scientific literature and empirical research and to create a model of the factors determining the implementation of innovations for Lithuanian engineering and technology industry enterprises. The final master's thesis examines the concept of innovation, classification models and theoretical factors of innovation implementation. A questionnaire survey of engineering and technology industry companies was conducted in accordance with the developed research methodology. The analysis of the research data was performed, the most important factors and problem areas were identified. After analyzing the theoretical and practical factors determining the implementation of innovation, a model of the factors determining the implementation of innovation has been developed, the conclusions and suggestions are presented. The work consist of 8 parts: introduction, theoretical aspects of innovation, overview of Lithuanian engineering and technology industry, research methodology for the determinants of innovation, empirical study of the determinants of innovation, model of determinants of innovation, conclusions and recommendations, references. Thesis consists of 69 p. text without appendixes, 38 images, 14 tables, 63 references. Work appendices are attached saparately. |
