In order to preserve the Lithuanian medical system and increasing the number of nurses, it is necessary to talk about their motivation measures. The reality today so that nurses are beginning to fall, as the unhappy pay professionals often prefer foreign countries. Nurses men motivation system, it can be said, have not been thoroughly investigated. The aim. To analyze the nurse profession chosen the men's and women's motivation to work. The research methodology. A quantitative survey. The study used an anonymous questionnaire survey collected demographic, social carers data. Job satisfaction has been studied with Mr. P. E. Spector job satisfaction questionnaire (The Job Satisfaction Survey, 1997), and professional internal motives to investigate the use of professional motivation questionnaire (Puzinavičius, 2005).
