Abstract [eng] This paper presents the analysis of constructional features of port load ground and a few engineering buildings preparing technical work projects and their requirements towards selection and exploitation, geodesic methods application opportunities performing a long-term monitoring of port load ground. The theoretical part of the paper provides with information regarding normative documents valid in Lithuanian Republic regulating building projection of port infrastructure and port suprastructure, equipping and supervision. This part also includes theoretical knowledge regarding roads within specific environment. In addition to this, it introduces the methodology of geodesic methods application. The research methodology part presents detailed descriptions of equipment used for the research, its materials and methods. There was also a retrospective evaluation of current state performed based on the available technical data of the research. Moreover, this part of the thesis provides with the description of loads and impacts analysed and the features of building ground. Furthermore, it analyses strength and deformation of ground and cover. In addition to this, there is an explication of current violations, their nature and intensity introduced. The part of the results of the research provides with plans of heights, covers, triangulation, cover cuts. In addition to this, it includes descriptions of monitoring data collected both at the beginning and at the end of measurement. The latter differences are presented with under the use of different measurement equipment and methods. The conclusions and recommendations for the selection of port load ground are based on the measurements carried out, their results and theoretical data used.
