Time planning problem is of interest to everyone, especially to teachers, whose timing is influenced by many factors: school, students, society. Some researchers say that planning time is also influenced by personality traits. The ability to pick up in life directly depends on personality traits attributable to a certain person. This research is expected to help to determine the links between some personality traits of teachers and planning time and to better perceive this undiscovered area of research, which will lead us to understanding of the phenomenon of the lack of human time. The objective of this study is to reveal the links between planning time of teachers and certain personality traits, age, and teaching experience. The given results suggest that younger (up to 40 years) teachers have a higher level of neuroticism, while the older ones (over 40 years) - focus on the future, planning and organizing their time. Moreover, the results showed that teacher of longer teaching experience are more likely to plan and organize their time.
