The theoretical analysis has highlighted a number of objections in the insurance industry. The greatest problem is an absence of sustainability in the insurance sector between it’s function as reduce the risks insurance companies and the needs of clients as a motivating factor for the development of innovation. The insurance purpose is a protection. Theoretically, it should be applied to the client, who transfers his risk on the insurance company for a fee, but in practice, what leads to the highest customer dissatisfaction, the protection is directed against to the insurance company, i. e. to the protection of its financial resources. Insurance companies don’t try to pay benefits if any unforeseen circumstances are appeared. Purposes of the paper is to identify the opportunities for development of innovation in the insurance sector as a way for balancing risk reduction of insurance companies and customer needs. Hypothesis the insurance companies seeking to balance the operating segments (working conditions, service quality, customer needs, finances, cooperation with partners) have more opportunities for innovation development is approved. |
