Sovaite S. Analysing and Modelling Spatial Point Patterns in R. Final work of Statistics and Operation Research master study programme. The leader of the work prof. K. Dučinskas, Klaipeda University: Klaipeda, 2012. – 85 p. In this final work of Statistics and Operation Research master study programme is given theoretical material for spatial point process analysis and modelling, discussed Poisson process, processes with clusters and marks. There are given some analysis of Poisson process and process with clustered data and marks using an open code statistic package R. Conclusions about the given analysis are represented. |
