| Abstract [eng] |
Master's thesis examines ecological and non-ecological thermal materials, and analyses the main solutions of the apartment block renovation (modernisation) wall construction. The most suitable solution for the renovation (modernisation) of the apartment block is being selected from the chosen ecological and non-ecological renovation solutions. Literature review regarding the concept of the ecological and non-ecological thermal insulation construction materials (straws, linen, hemp fiber, sheep wool, loose cellulose, mineral wool, mineral glass wool, polystyrene foam, polyurethane foam, extruded polystyrene) is performed in the theoretical part. The main technical specifications of these thermal insulation materials were discussed (fire class, durability, thermal resistance and density). In the research part, three energy saving apartment block renovation solutions were chosen. Apartment block renovation (modernisation) solutions are described in detail. Technical indicators of straw panels were examined as well. Ecological renovation (modernisation) nodes for the apartment blocks were designed. Energy efficiency indicators of the selected nodes, total thermal resistance of the wall Rt (m2∙K/W) and a coefficient of heat transmission U (W/(m2∙K)) were calculated. The computer calculation model for straw panels was selected. |
