| Abstract [eng] |
Multipurpose assessment method has been created. It helps to carry out multipurpose assessment of offshore wind power plant foundation types and the selection of the most rational option. Theoretical part of the work provides the review of the literature on the types of offshore wind power plant foundations: fixed-type (gravitaty - based, monopile, caisson, jacket) and floating (spar, tension – leg platform and semi-submersible) foundations. Uniqueness of foundations as well as the main advantages and disadvantages of these types have been discussed applying SWOT analysis. The survey part provides the establishment of the main assessment criteria for offshore wind power plant foundations, on the basis of which as well as with the help of experts and the usage of T. Saaty scale their magnitudes were found. The received data were processed using Excel programme and used in further calculations. AHP method was used to determine criteria magnitude, and COPRAS, MOORA, SAW, TOPSIS and WASPAS multipurpose and multi-criteria assessment methods were used to determine rational type of foundations. Copeland method was used to generalize the received results. |
