Abstract [eng] The final master thesis investigates dynamic characteristics of an electric scooter, mathematical riding model is developed, and an analysis of comfort and safety is performed. The literature review describes scientific articles that examine the riding characteristics of electric scooters, determined both experimentally and mathematically. The assessment of comfort and safety, the influence of road surface on movement, and the methodology for determining road surface irregularities are reviewed. The research section establishes the methodology of the study, describes the experimental research conducted while riding an electric scooter on different surfaces and over obstacles. A mathematical model of electric scooter riding is developed using „MATLAB Simulink“ software. An analysis of the research results and validation of the mathematical model are performed. Based on the results, a riding comfort assessment is conducted, and recommendations for safe riding are formulated. The master's thesis consists of: 52 pages of text without appendices, 38 figures, 4 tables, 28 references.
