Abstract [eng] The article deals with the questionnaires as mean of pedagogical phenomena's verification, fundaments of psychological construction. Distinction of the questionnaire for the investigation of juniors' problems include those things: introduction has to attract children's attention; rules of filling in the form have to be formulated clearly; a queationnaire cannot be long; formulations of questions have to be simple; a lot of attention has to be paid to the attractiveness of a questionnaire - the sixe of letters and attractive print, unusual design. The main principals for making a questionnaire for the research of adolescents' education problems are the following: thoroughly considered introduction, suitable address to an adolescent; voutch for anonymity; clear instructions of marking the answers; clear formulations of questions; positive questions that do not provoke tension and others.
