There is definition of organization values revealed in this article and their importance in the organization. It is analyzed which declared values dominate in the agricultural organizations. During the research it was determined that organizations when creating values orient towards clients, society and the organization itself. Based on this classification the model of declared values at agricultural organization was created. Values groups and factors predisposing value choice are accentuated in this model. There are presented internal and external factors: clients, consumers, competitors and ecological and technological factors based on which agricultural organizations form their values. Main basis for the values remain mission, vision, and goals of the organization. |
