In present article there is described a variety of the Empire concepts as a basic constructions of the new international order in XXI century. The main attention is maximized on complex theory of Italian and American thinkers A.Negri and M. Hardt about global Empire as universal political reality. In the analysis there is stressed an heuristical and prognostical significance, its interpretations for the understanding of European Union as a cosmopolitan empire possibility. The essay also examines causes and conflicts in the modern international relations for quasi-states and failed states. Global regulations and control for similar contradictions solution may be productive in empires organizational political context. |
