The aim of this work: to analyse the problems of protection of personal data on the internet, to analyse the ethical side of these problems and their perspectives. This work consists of an introduction, three parts with subparts, sources and a list of used literature. In this thesis the data filing development and data digitisation development are being analysed. The concept of meaning of personal data protection is analysed, its legal regulation, personal data protection challenges and problems are examined, and an example of best practice is presented. In the analytical part of this thesis paper the essential personal data infringements on the internet are presented, the legal and ethical aspects are analysed, categories, most recurrent types of infringement are described (information warfare, propaganda, sabotage, phishing). Internet/network etiquette and data protection forecast in the context of digital ethics is discussed. |
