The aim of the study is to theoretically analyze and empirically substantiate the importance of the role of andragogue in creating a learning environment that meets the special needs of physically disabled learners. The paper raised the following tasks: 1) To analyze the diversity of concepts of learning environment, to describe the importance and peculiarities of creation of learning environment for people with physical disabilities; 2) To analyze the field of the activity of andragogue and the roles involved in creating a learning environment that meets the special needs of learners with physical disabilities, helping physically disabled people to integrate into the labor market; 3) To study the attitude of physically disabled learners of the role of andragogue and the development of a learning environment that fosters the integration of people with physical disabilities into the labor market. In the thesis the analysis of scientific and methodical literature was performed and the focus group - interview method was chosen for the research. The scientific problem at work: what is the role of andragogue in creating a learning environment that meets the special needs of people with physical disabilities? The object of the research is the role of andragogue and the creation of a learning environment that meets the special needs of learners with physical disabilities. The aim of this study was to analyze the importance of the role of andragogue in the theoretical and empirical aspects of creating a learning environment that promotes the integration of learners with physical disabilities into the labor market. Scientific and methodological literature was analyzed, qualitative research with learners was carried out using the focus group discussion method. After analyzing the opinion of the informants‘ who participated in the research, the hypothesis has been confirmed: the roles performed by andragogue can be important in creating a learning environment that meets the special needs that would help disabled learners to integrate themselves into the labor market. Having all the necessary conditions in the learning process and in the labor market, a learner with physical disabilities would have an excellent career opportunities and be able to participate actively in the public life of their community. In the learners‘ opinion, understanding of the situation of a person with physical disability in the labor market is the most important factor in creating learning environment that meets the special need of physically disabled learners. |
