Abstract [eng] Scientific Problem: What is the role of andragogue in developing the teamwork skills of pedagogues in non-formal adult education? The aim of the research is to theoretically analyze and empirically substantiate the role of andragogue in educating teamwork skills of pedagogues in non-formal adult education. Tasks of the research: 1. To analyze the role of andragogue in pedagogues‘ development of teamwork skills in non-formal adult education. 2. Uncover Klaipeda X Educational Institution pedagogues‘ attitude to Andragogue‘s role in developing teamwork skills of thiem in Non-formal adult education. 3. To highlight Klaipeda X Educational Institutions Andragogue practitioners leading pedagogues‘ skills to their role in pedagogues developing teamwork skills. Research methods: analysis of scientific literature, interview, questionnaire. Theoretical and empirical analysis of the research confirmed the hypothesis that pedagogues will successfully develop teamwork skills in non-formal adult education, when andragogues will constantly develop general competencies, constructive communication and cooperation between andragogue and learners and the content of any training event for educators, andragogues. include the development of teamwork skills. The analysis of qualitative research data shows that informants have gained considerable experience in conducting qualification improvement events, understand the essence and purpose of non-formal adult education and know how to help pedagogues to develop teamwork skills. However, the andragogues do not make full use of the possibilities (by selecting content, methods, learning environment) for pedagogues to develop teamwork skills at qualification improvement events. Analysis of quantitative research data shows that pedagogues of Klaipėda X Educational Institution have not yet sufficiently developed teamwork skills. Therefore, it is very important for them to improve teamwork skills in non-formal adult education, where the role of andragogue is ambiguous, both in terms of teaching content and in inspiring pedagogues to learn and develop.
