Abstract [eng] After conducting literature and empirical research analysis, it has been determined that complex professional adult skills can be built until automatism using a fast skills building method. It is clear that gained skills can be used instantly in working environment because there is no requirement to adapt them. What can not be learned in 10 years of traditional learning, SAT (simulational algorithmic training) allows to learn in 4 hours despite of learner‘s experience and intellectual capabilities. Professional skills can be build until automatism with 97% efficiency. Raising a hypothesis: complex professional adult skills can be tought a few times faster and with a guaranteed result until automatism, when using a fast skills building method, a problem occurs: what methods of adult teaching guarantees fast skills building until automatism? Object of study: adults fast skills building method until automatism. Goal of study: to analyse the theory and to practically prove the effectiveness of the fast skills building method in the process of adult learning. Objectives of the research: 1) to reveal the theoretical preconditions of adults fast skills building until automatism; 2) empirically prove, that it is possible to train adults faster; 3) empirically prove that during the process of learning (teaching, training) automatism of skills can be reached; 4) to determine, what effects can be expected from fast skills building until automatism method. Methods used in this study: 1) literature sources analysis; 2) an interview with an expert; 3) primary experiment; 4) survey of the participants in the experiment using the questionnaire. Theoretical ant practical relevance of the thesis. Up to date, the innovative processes of teaching and learning have not been widely reviewed in literature and this thesis connects the latest discoveries in different fields such as androgogy, cognitive ergonomy, neurogogy and vocational teaching. It can be clearly stated that it is innovative methodology that can make a breakthrough in the traditional learning and the point of view to it. The main goal of this thesis is to express an idea that fast skills building method can be adapted to teach sales people in business.
