Abstract [eng] Communality - a phenomenon that unites members of the community, encompassing a multitude of emotional, cognitive, and action areas, combining membership, influence, a set of needs, and emotional interrelations, creates opportunities for a better organizational culture. Members of the organization with a strong sense of community understand that their organization's long-term success depends on constructive collaboration with other surrounding communities. The scientific problem raised in the thesis: How does organizational culture and its creation relate to the community of the members of the organization and its development? The object of the research is organizational culture and community. The aim of the research is to theoretically analyze and empirically substantiate the importance and opportunities of the organizational culture of adult education organizations in developing the community of its members. In this work two hypotheses of the research are raised. 1. The development of community is one of the most important factors in the development of organizational culture based on collaboration between educational organizations and other institutions. 2. Organizational culture based on co-operation promotes the confidence of its members and others, mutual and interdependence, initiative and constant change, collective and personal commitment, continuous development and improvement of each and other important changes in community development. The results of the study show that both hypotheses have been confirmed. Informants were one of the most important factors in the development of the organization's culture, and they emphasized the fostering of a sense of community. Only a culture based on cooperation promotes members' self-reliance and others, mutuality and dependence. Members of the organization with a strong sense of community understand that their organization's long-term success depends on constructive collaboration with other surrounding communities. The key role of andragogues in organizational culture is to create a positive adult education and learning environment and to promote lifelong learning.
