Abstract [eng] Relevance of the topic. Currently there is a wide debate in The Law on the Protection of the Rights of the Child entered into force. The purpose of this law is to ensure that the obligation of cooperation between parents and specialists providing education, health care or other assistance in the field of child rights is mutual. Under this law, it is possible to provide enhanced family support to both the child and his / her parents who have been in a crisis, providing quality complex assistance. Coordinated provision of services is planned with full consideration of the needs of children and their parents (carers, caregivers), the provision of child welfare is not accompanied by individual but mutually agreed educational, social and health services. Therefore, interinstitutional cooperation and management of cooperation between professionals working in different institutions and pursuing the same goals is very important. A social worker working with families at risk of social risk and their children in cooperation with a school social pedagogue can provide targeted and quality support to the child. Topic exploration. In the scientific literature, the functions and content of social workers and social pedagogues are analyzed by G. Kvieskienė (2006, 2007), I. Leliūgienė and others. (2006, 2007), J. Černeckienė (2007), N. Večkienė (2010), J. Buzaitytė-Kašalyniene, E. Liaudginaitė-Zamaliene (2012), A. Mažionienė (2014), B. Švedaitė - Sakalauskė (2014) et al., E. Jezerskytė and V. Žydžiūnaitė (2015) and other authors. S. Ališauskienė and others investigated the cooperation between social sector specialists. (2007), J. Ruškus (2013). In Lithuania, there has been little research in the area of social pedagogue and social worker cooperation management. Foreign scientists study the activities of social pedagogue and social worker: B. Kraus and S. Hoferkova (2016) analyse social work and the development of the relationship between social pedagogy; The activity of a social educator in Romanian schools was investigated by the author L. Ezechil (2013); D. Zaviršek (2015) analysed social work in Eastern Europe, reviewed historical, economic, social differences and analysed the current migration problem; S. Kirkwood et al. (2017) conducted a social pedagogue performance assessment in the UK. The research problem: The aim is to find out how the management of social pedagogue and social worker co-operation is provided by aiding children of families experiencing social risks. The main problematic issue is the areas of governance of social pedagogue and social worker cooperation? How does the goal of cooperation work? What is the result of the desired and achieved cooperation between professionals? Research object: The management of social worker and social pedagogue cooperation in aiding the child of families at risk of social risks is the subject of this study. The aim of the research work is to reveal the possibilities of social cooperation between social educator and social worker in aiding children of families at risk of social risks. To achieve the goal, the following research tasks have been presented: 1. Theoretically substantiate the management of social worker and social pedagogue cooperation. 2. To evaluate the situation of social pedagogue and social worker cooperation management by aiding children of families experiencing social risks. 3. Empirically evaluate the possibilities of managing social worker and social pedagogue cooperation by aiding the child of families experiencing social risks. 4. In order to assess the peculiarities of social pedagogue and social worker cooperation in aiding school age children, the study was conducted social workers and social educators of Klaipeda city have been questioned. The written questionnaire was placed on the webpage www.apklausa.lt and sent to the research participants by email. The research data were analysed with SPSS 17.0 and results were depicted with Microsoft Office Excel 2016 and Microsoft Office Word 2016. The work presents descriptive statistics of the collected data and results of statistical analysis. Since the study data were not distributed according to the normal curve, the non-parametric criteria for statistical analysis were applied: the benchmark data for three groups comparison - the Kruskal-Wallis criterion, and the relationship between the two factors - the Spearman correlation coefficient. The results obtained are statistically significant if the calculated value of the criterion p is below the significance level α = 0.05. Structure: introduction, literature review, research methodology, results, discussion, references and appendixes. The appendix contains an empirical research instrument - a questionnaire. Paper contains 27 pictures and 7 tables. Main conclusions: The quantitative study and the analysis of the results revealed that the main goal of the collaboration between the social educator and the social worker is to ensure the child's well-being and best interests. The main areas of cooperation management are helping the family and the child identify the existing risk factors and helping to solve the family's social problems. The most common problem faced by professionals in collaborating is the lack of common arrangements for cooperation. The most effective forms of co-operation are those in the form of direct contact: personally, at meetings or during a case management meeting, with the help of an aid plan. According to the survey results, the greatest obstacles to cooperation management, social workers and social pedagogues, are lack of cooperation, methodological recommendations, lack of coordination of activities, lack of business continuity. Analysis of research data revealed that collaboration with social workers and social educators helped to achieve many goals. The most important thing is that we managed to solve the social problems of the family / child in a complex way and to reduce their social exclusion.
