| Abstract [eng] |
The Master's thesis on the basis of the research assesses the current and future possibilities of the yacht port. The analysis of the main competitors and their influence on the future yacht flows in Klaipėda Castle port has been performed. The impact of hydrometeorological conditions on customer flows arriving at the port yacht and the impact of the disappearance of the old sailors on the popularity of yacht tourism has been analyzed. Multiple Criteria Forecasting method used to calculate vessel flows in the yacht harbor of SC Cruise ship terminal for 2030. A SWOT analysis has been carried out, which identifies the threats that may affect the negative result, outlines the operational perspectives and tasks. It has been investigated whether the port of the cruise ship terminal of JC Cruise ship terminal is capable of servicing the appropriate number of ships, which is forecast for 2030. The yacht port infrastructure is planned and the investment will pay off for how many years. The logistic supply of the yacht port is proposed. Conclusions and recommendations have been prepared. |
