Abstract [eng] |
In my master's thesis I got acquainted with e. government and public e. services theoretical aspects. After analyzing social network diversity and marketing the quantitative research was done to find out the most effective social network marketing tools and their applicability, based on the established practice and shortage of these tools in state enterprise company Regitra. An e-marketing model was developed for use in public e. services development in social networks. The first part deals with e. government and public e. services theoretical aspects: e. government goals, public e. services features, requirements and barriers to deployment. The second part analyzes social networks, their diversity and characteristics as well as online marketing opportunities through social networks. In the third part of the master's thesis a study was conducted to find out whether social networks have an impact on the public e-services of state enterprise Regitra. It was important to know about the impact of development and popularity and what social networking tools do it most effectively. |
