Job object: identify causes of divorce, change in ethical values and find out prevention, based on insights by I. Kant and J. Bentham, political documents of the Lithuanian state, as well as works, articles, interviews of other authors. Finishing job is made from introduction, three sections, conclusion, recommendation, list of literature. In this work analyses are made about the topic of divorce in Lithuania (1990-2018) from the perspectives of utilitarian and deontological ethics theory. In order to find out the main issues, the ideology of ethical theories, the concept of the family is introduced first and then the topic of divorce is introduced. |
