The United Nations Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, which has already assessed the progress made by 70 countries in implementing the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, shows that ensuring the rights of all persons with disabilities, including access to health care, is a very difficult commitment. Given the growing problems and the complexity of solving them, it is obvious that the problem of accessibility of health care services for the disabled remains a relevant topic for modern society. Surveys studying the views of people with disabilities as a separate group in society provide an opportunity to identify the problems and needs of such people. The obtained information can be successfully used to improve the organization of health care services, increase the efficiency of the health care system and the satisfaction of service users. The aim of the study was to reveal the situation of access to services in health care institutions for people with disabilities. |
