Master thesis subject is project management in manufacturing company. Thesis goal is to investigate existing project management structure in company and make findings with recommendations. The masters work consists of three main parts. In the first part of master work the concept of project management like process, also spitting in the parts: management, planning, risk assessment, project manager and project team creation. In the second and third part here are practical information about company, choice of research methods, documents and procedures analysis. Also here are information of interview with function managers and analysis. As result were explored, have been made findings and submitted recommendations how to improve project management system. Have been made responsibility matrix and new project management program proposal. |
