| Abstract [eng] |
In this paper maritime industry clustering, its economic and political preconditions and the main obstacles are analyzed. Human resources, communication, entrepreneurship are important factors of clustering. The legal framework, financial resources, the level of investment and innovations influence cluster formation. A maritime industry cluster will strengthen regional companies, facilitate collaboration while seeking common goals, build synergy and promote the development of the western region of Lithuania. |
