The article discusses the practice of andragogy theories on the aspect of support and assistance potential to the learner by the definition and scientific substantiation of andragogue’s support, assistance concept, nature, revealing the study theories underlying support, assistance to the adult learner in terms of andragogue’s support, assistance multifunctionality, highlighting the links between main andragogy theories and actual practice and opportunities for application by providing support, assistance for adult learning. The empirical research analyses the future andragogues’ approach to andragogy theories on the aspect of support, assistance practice in university education process – the results revealing potential practices in the use of study theories on the activity of andragogue’s support and assistance. |
