The article deals with coherence of pedagogy and andragogy in the aspect of education studies at the level of management of institutional education. The search for coherence of pedagogy and andragogy is based on the conception that interaction between educators and learners is a self-managed and relatively autonomous system of two types (education management at the personality’s level and education management at the social level. Research was conducted at the personality’s partial institutional level of education management. The article presents the results of research carried out in the areas of strategic aspects of education systems of pre-school institutions, primary and basic schools, and of university education as well as continuing vocational education (CVE). |
