| Abstract [eng] |
Just-In-Time (JIT) production system effectively and quickly meets customer needs, because all production activities are connected with real market needs. This system begins with the adoption of customer orders and ends with timely delivery of finished products. It is based on a well-coordinated collecting operations, when only the necessary amount of details are used precisely when they are needed. Just-In-Time production system has traditionally been known and applied in production. These systems are fully mastering the principles to improve production processes. The main principle of synchronous just-in-time production system is to manufacture the exact amount of parts needed, on the needed time by jet manufacturing process. Standards are to unify and simplify. All those involved get the same information, which makes it easier to understand the nature of the work. Just-in-time manufacturing is a set of principles (,,6S”, establishing of kanban, one piece flow and other) which enabled various industries to become more competitive than was possible with conventional mass production. 6S is the key elements of economic management and organization of a workplace, which mean the necessity to sort and remove unnecessary details, arrange necessary parts, and regular cleaning to ensure cleanliness and order. Research shows that the amount of production is influenced depending on how many JIT principles are implemented. Research shows that the amount of production is influenced... [to full text]. |
