Abstract [eng] In the article the genesis and development of the Global Market is being discussed not only on the basis of territorial, economic and historical methods, but by socio-biological metaphors and synergetic paradigms. The connections between traditional local markets and the evolution of the phenomenon of globalisation are described. Under the inadequate conditions, the complex social system discovered new sources and meanings for its further evolution – by the neoteny (the retention of juvenile physical characteristics in adults) as a field of the new opportunities for its development. The Global Market has similar features with the concept of the modern Global Civil Society in I. Kant’s “Perennial Peace”.
