The article analyses coaching phenomenon, its conception, spheres, categories, mechanism, and application opportunities in the sphere of adult education. Though coaching is popular in business institutions, but attitude of academic community to this phenomenon and its application opportunities when performing functions of andragog's activities is missing. The article analyses the variety of coaching's conception, its theoretical, techniques' aspects and exploratory research used to determine andragog's (lecturers, studies' organizers, students) attitude to coaching and its application opportunities in the sphere of adult education. |
