| Abstract [eng] |
The article analyses andragogues’ professionalisation process and system in the aspect of multifunctionalism of activity. The first part presents theoretical insights of the concept of professionalisation, which enabled to describe the concept of professionalisation, the very phenomenon, distinguish key elements of the process and the system. In the second part, based on empirical research results, andragogues practicians’ attitude towards multifunctionalism of the andragogue’s activity and professionalisation elements is disclosed. |
