The article deals with the main preconditions of the transformations of the “third wave” in the evolution of modern democracy. The absence of the reverse movement might be explained as attractiveness of democracy due to its political, economical and social advantages for all nations and societies. Growth of the alienation between various social strata in the post-industrial societies stimulated distrust in the ability of democracy to resolve the main social problems. The “democracy erosion” suggested change of classical democracy models into the postdemocracy. One of its features is simulation and evolution in the autonomous stage – simulative democracy, i.e. democracy as method of dynamic and efficient renovation of late modern democratic societies. |
