The article deals with the motivation of young volunteers for continuing socio-educational work with children. The aim of the research - to reveal the ways of stimulation of young volunteers for continuing socio-educational work with children. It is necessary to discuss the questions of volunteers' work coordination. The basic principles for the work with young were extracted: volunteer work significance; flexibility of organization; preparation for volunteer's work and support in it; evaluation of achievements. The research results revealed the fact that volunteers' motivation is stimulated by various trips, dedicated to getting familiarized with people experience, by various courses, aimed on qualification improvement. It is very important for young volunteer to be evaluated and praised for their work. Motives of a less importance were: financial reward, methodic help during studies. |
