The distribution and specialization of ecological farms in the Klaipėda county as well as the results of sociological questionnaire of the population of Klaipėda town are analysed in this paper. The main factors of choice of food (such as origin of products, price, quality, package) and the demand of ecological products is investigated. The opinion of 300 potential consumers of ecological products on additional price, realization of products and assortment is elucidated. |
