The main task of the pre-school education institution is to create a culture of cooperation as a necessary condition for better results, as an opportunity to organize work more successfully. Cooperation is an important element of social communication, representing the person's social and subject competence level. The support of the director is very important in the cooperation process. One of the most important factors promoting cooperation are the administrative support, trust and the creation of a collaborative environment. |
