The paper describes AB „Jūrinių krovinių kompanija“ (real name of the company is changed due to confidentiality) companies features, bulk agricultural products terminals of the company, bulk cargo properties and its storage peculiarities. Examined bulk agriculture cargo handling technology and what factors limit handling efficiency. Overviewed of bulk agricultural products flows and provided statistic information of AB „Jūrinių krovinių kompanija“ in 2011 – 2019 years period. The main goal - to analyze agricultural production flows, calculate its forecast for 2025 year, assess AB „Jūrinių krovinių kompanija“ agricultural products terminals capacity. According to the forecast made, assess agricultural production transport intensity. Also identify parameters of vessels and bulk agricultural products terminals relation, calculate the capacity of bulk agricultural products terminals berths and the required overall storage capacity according to forecasted cargo flow. |
