| Abstract [eng] |
The use of fly ash in the coagulation and flocculation process has shown new purification possibilities. According to the research literature, the use of a coagulant with fly ash has improved the efficiency of removal chemical oxygen demand, solid particles, orthophosphate and crude oil. The aim of the work was to evaluate the possibilities of oil-contaminated water treatment by using coagulants and ash. It was seeking to investigate the efficiency of the use of aluminum chloride (AlCl3) and ferric chloride (FeCl3) coagulants and fly ash in the treatment of oil-contaminated water. Furthermore, to determine the influence of technological parameters in the treatment process. |
