| Abstract [eng] | Every employee must be motivated enough to perform their job duties. Music school teachers are no exception. Like other employees, teachers can be motivated by cash bonuses, rising salaries, good working conditions, and additional attention from the principal. However, teachers work directly with students, who often do not motivate educators. In most cases, it shows a reluctance to learn and, in this way, inhibits teachers' motivation. |
