The topic of the master's thesis - external communication of health care organisations in social networks. Aim of the work: After the analysis of theoretical aspects of external communication - provide for directions for improving the dissemination of external communication of Health Care Organisations. The work consists of two parts. The first part, based on Lithuanian and foreign authors, delves into the specifics of health care organisations and the concept of communication process, social networks and their functions are analysed, discusses the role of social networks in health care institutions. The second part presents the research of external communication management in social networks of health care organisations, research methodology, results and their discussion. The conclusions summarize the analysis of the presented literature and the results of the study. At the end of the work, tools for effective external communication in social networks of health care organisations are presented. |
