Abstract [eng] Organizations typically choose project activities when they want to meet customer needs quickly, efficiently, and at the lowest cost. Project activities are relevant to organizations seeking to expand their capabilities and are valuable in that they can be adapted to a variety of industries and situations. Therefore, more and more organizations are choosing project activities to achieve their goals. In order to successfully implement projects, organizations must increasingly invest in project management knowledge. This means that in order to manage the implemented projects, organizations must be well acquainted with the specifics of project management, methods and their application possibilities. In this case, researches in project management, which not only provides theoretical knowledge about project management, but also provides practical advice on how to manage project success and failure factors, are very useful for companies. Project management in Flexpro Ltd is a master's thesis, the aim of which is to identify project management methods and determine the success factors of their application in the practice of Flexpro Ltd. The following problematic questions are raised in the work -1) What project management methods does Flexpro Ltd apply? 2) Which project management methods contribute to the success of the organization? In order to implement the goal and answer the problematic questions raised in the work, the following tasks are envisaged: 1) to describe the concepts of projects and project management; 2) to analyze project management methods, 3) to determine project management methods applied by Flexpro Ltd; 4) to determine the success factors of the project management methods applied by Flexpro Ltd. The method of Lithuanian and foreign scientific literature analysis, document analysis method, qualitative survey-interview method and qualitative (content) analysis method are used in the work. The case strategy was chosen for the research. In this research the case is the project management process of Flexpro Ltd, which is aimed at investigating taking into account the attitude of the heads of the company's structural divisions. Triangulation of data collection methods was used in the case analysis -the methods of analysis and survey of company documents were combined. The analysis of Flexpro Ltd documents in this study provided useful information about the organizational structure and project activities, and the survey helped to find out the opinion of the heads of different divisions of the company about project management. In this master's thesis, the following conclusions are reached: Flexpro Ltd applies both traditional and innovative project management methods, the choice of which depends on the project goal, nature and duration. Of the traditional project management methods, the company prefers traditional teamwork, where all activities are carried out through direct communication and collaboration, and the waterfall method, which is applied when the project implementation structure is clear, stage activities are standardized and the final result is known. Among the innovative project management methods, the company most often uses Agile group methods (Scrum and Kanban), which are chosen when the project is long-term and unique and there is no possibility to plan the whole process precisely. From the point of view of the managers of Flexpro Ltd, it is very important to manage the activities carried out in each stage of the project, because the successful implementation of the project stages largely determines whether the project will be successful or, conversely, will fail. The main factors of project success in Flexpro Ltd are proper project planning, competent project manager and team, selection of appropriate project management method, consistent management of project stages and proper identification of successes and failures, being able to take them into account in future projects.
