The paper analyzes the issue of increasing the management efficiency of production sector organizations. Based on the latest research conducted by Lithuanian and foreign authors, the significance of increasing management efficiency in modern society is presented, the concepts of organizational management and efficiency, and measures to increase efficiency are presented. In order to achieve the goal of the research - to theoretically substantiate and identify measures to increase the management efficiency of production sector organizations, not only increase measures but also reasons limiting the increase of management efficiency and performance improvement have been identified. On the basis of the analysis of the research, a theoretical model of efficiency improvement has been developed, which is applied in the research to several organizations in the manufacturing sector. The study identifies the following key measures to increase the efficiency of organizations: improving the organizational culture, specialized training, acquisition of software, reduction of unnecessary activities, management standards such as ISO and ,,Lean” installation. |
