Abstract [eng] The purpose of this scientific work is the introduction of the "Choral Class" as a separate discipline in the general education system of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The following problems will be considered in the work: - identification of the level of spiritual and moral attitude of students to the world around them; - definition of musical and pedagogical perception and its application in society; - revealing the significance of a musically educated person in relation to various disciplines – not only creative ones. - qualitative assessment of the role of the "Choir" lesson in the general education system and its impact on the process of forming the moral and aesthetic taste of the child. chorus". The object of the work is the development of a standard program of the subject "School This article has the structure of the project, which is based on research and historical facts from the development of "Choral art of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the XXI century." Choral art of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to statistics today has significant progress. Many musical figures, choirs, as well as musical educational institutions and students are included in the world rating of "Choral mastery". This was a huge impetus for the subject of "Choir" to appear in the additional school education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The acquisition of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1991 was also an important factor, which gave impetus to the formation of various strategic concepts of the whole country. Many messages to the people of Kazakhstan say that one of the components of well-being is an increase in the standard of living. The concept includes issues of quality and accessibility of education in all training profiles. The message to the people of Kazakhstan dated 27.01.2012 states the following: "Education should give young people not only knowledge, but also the ability to use them in the process of social adaptation. I instruct the Government to adopt a five-year National Action Plan for the development of functional literacy of schoolchildren. It is important to strengthen the educational component of the learning process. Patriotism, norms of morality and morality, interethnic harmony and tolerance, physical and spiritual development, law–abiding - these values should be instilled in all educational institutions, regardless of the form of ownership." Functional literacy plays an important role in the evolution of creative principles in a person, as well as susceptibility to artistic creativity already at the early stages of development. Not the last role is assigned in this context to music education in the system of artistic education of school students of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The relevance of this topic will solve several important tasks to improve the artistic and aesthetic education of students. From this point of view, a music lesson in a secondary school, where a child receives knowledge in the field of musical art, acquires significant importance. During the lessons, students learn about composers, styles, genres of 48 music, means of musical expression, get acquainted with the masterpieces of world classics, samples of children's music, acquire the skills and abilities necessary for their emotionally conscious perception and expressive performance. Along with the discipline "Music", choral singing is an integral type of activity. Teaching singing is not only teaching this kind of art, in the process of which the voice of children develops, as well as educational tasks related to the formation of personality are solved. Children's singing is primarily a subject of study not only of vocal pedagogy, but also of aesthetics, methodology, psychology, physiology, acoustics, art studies, medicine. Also developed by there are many standard programs on the subject of "Music" in the general education system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, but every year the number of hours of classes is reduced, therefore the structure of programs is simplified. The subject of "Choral class" has disappeared, although the historical stage shows that the discipline "Choir" existed in the general education system. To date, the subject "Choral class" exists only in the system of additional education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is known that choral singing is one of the types of collective performing activity that contributes to the development of the singing culture of schoolchildren, their general and musical development, the upbringing of the spiritual world, the formation of their worldview, the formation of a future personality. The objective of this project is as follows: the introduction of the "Choral Class" as a separate subject in the general education system of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Conclusion.
