| Abstract [eng] |
The Master's thesis analyses and evaluates the payment services networking of a commercial bank - AB „Swedbank“ - and its significance for the bank's operational (financial and non-financial) results. The first chapter of this thesis deals with the theory of network and networking and its specificity in the financial sector. The second section of the thesis describes the research process and its theoretical justification. The third chapter of this thesis examines the factors involved in bank networking, its evolution and its impact on performance. In the conclusions, the author presents the findings and suggestions of the whole thesis, based on the theoretical and research material. |
