The Master's thesis analyses the concept of risk, the methods of risk management analysis, introduces the results of performed quantitative research of the satisfaction of small and medium-sized enterprises with international risk standards and a new risk management method for small and medium sized businesses is developed. The first chapter examines the concept of risk, its factors and international standards of risk management. The second chapter of the thesis presents a quantitative study and it’s results out of whether the international standards offered for small and medium-sized businesses are suitable and in demand. What is more, he master's thesis presents the main aspects of Company „X“ and used model for risk management. The master‘s thesis presents a new risk management model and its structure. In the fourth and fifth parts of the second chapter the application of the new risk management method in company „X“ and a comparison of the company's risk management reports is presented. The third chapter presents conclusions and suggestions for further development of the new risk management method. |
