Abstract [eng] The Master's thesis focuses on modern business centres. The analysis of the scientific literature has identified the peculiarities of modern business centres, their prehistory and development trends. The BREEAM, LEED, WELL and lithuanian LPTVS building sustainability rating systems are analysed and their differences are discussed. It also provides examples of the latest technologies being implemented in business centres and analyses the situation in the business centre market in Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda. Five business centres in Vilnius were selected for the multi-criteria assessment and their characteristics are discussed in detail. It was created multi-criteria system of ten criteria for the evaluation of business centres. A survey of experts established the significance of the criteria. The COPRAS and SAW methods were applied for the multi-criteria evaluation of the business centres. Based on the results obtained, conclusions and suggestions are presented at the end of the paper. The thesis consists of 5 parts: introduction; analysis of scientific literature, which discusses the peculiarities of modern business centres; review of business centre evaluation systems; multi-criteria analysis of selected business centres; conclusions and suggestions; list of references.
