Abstract [eng] All over the world, one of the most popular modes of transport with low environmental pollution is railways. In railways, it is difficult to foresee difficult situations when transporting passengers or goods. One of them is the running of passenger trains according to the scheduled train schedules. Official train timetable is a special railway transport document that is used as a special type of transport timetable in many countries. It graphically displays the planned movement of trains in terms of time and location, and also provides additional information about trains (train number, locomotive series, etc.). Scheduling is an integral part of the process of allocating the capacity of public railway infrastructure, but the scheduling methodology is not based on the principles of strategic planning, but on the ability to adapt to existing infrastructure limitations. In this article, based on the analysis of scientific literature and the analysis of statistical data, the experience of improving the digitization of service train timetables will be examined.
