The final master's thesis examines the possibilities of applying the LEED certification system to housing in Lithuania. The concept of a sustainable building, the need for these buildings, and the importance of the housing segment are discussed, measures to achieve sustainability at the national and global levels are reviewed, and the leading green building certification systems are described. The operating principles and requirements of the "LEED Residential Buildings" certification system have been examined. The assessment of the A++ energy class residential building built in Lithuania according to the LEED system was carried out, and the possible certification level of the project was determined. The necessary solutions to achieve higher certification levels have been identified. The prices for the implementation of all solutions have been determined and compared. The work consists of 6 parts: an introduction, three main parts, conclusions and suggestions, bibliography. The volume of work - 60 p. text without appendices, 25 illustrations, 13 tables, 47 bibliographic sources. Work appendices are attached separately. |
