Master‘s Work analysed and evaluated multi residential house renovation (modernization) of investment projects in the economic-social, and environmental, as well as an examination and evaluation of apartment house renovation funding schemes on the basis of one apartment house investment projects. The first part examined the theoretical aspects of energy-saving investment projects in an integrated evaluation methodology. Examine the socio-economic and environmental evaluation of investment projects, as well as key financial valuation methods: simple pay-back period, the energy cost savings, the net present value, internal rate of return, two-factor method for the evaluation of projects - which determine the efficiency of investment projects of modernization. The second part analyzes the multi residential house modernization investment projects preparation methodology, funding, analyze and evaluate the current situation in Lithuania. In the third part, on the basis of the one to three Annexes of the multi residential house investment projects prepared under the three different funding schemes carried out a complex evaluation. |
