The given master's thesis examines sustainable development of the global economy and aims to determine how it can affect production processes. In this study, an analysis of scientific literature is carried out, which helps to identify different factors of sustainable development of the global economy that help affects production processes. In the course of the research, a detailed methodology of the research process is also created, which includes selected methods to determine the relationship between the variables of sustainable development of the global economy between the production processes, which will help to organize the obtained results. In the practical part of the study, the relationship and its strength are determined between the variables of sustainable economic development and production processes of the countries of the central European Union. The obtained research results help to organize and group the studied Central European Union states according to their contribution to the sustainable development of the global economy and its impact on production processes.
