In this master’s work European Parliament have been analyzed under co-decision procedure. The first part of this work is theoretical. Here theoretical models of co-decision procedure have been presented. Moreover, I chose a theoretical model, which was used in further analysis. In the second part the empirical data have been presented. This study contains both, the statistical information and the interview with the members of the European Parliament. In the third part of this work all empirical data have been analyzed on the ground of theoretical model. I analyze all stages of co-decision procedure: first, second and third reading. At the end of the study generalizations and conclusions have been presented. |
