Abstract [eng] Domantas Pūras' master's thesis “Minimalist Sound Structures in Contemporary Electroacoustic Organ Music” examines the importance and application of minimalist structures in contemporary electroacoustic organ music. The study aims to reveal how contemporary composers use electroacoustic composing methods to create new musical forms and sound structures, as well as how composers interpret the role of the organ in the context of contemporary electroacoustic music. The work analyzes drone and ambient pieces from the 20th and 21st centuries, which are dominated by experimental sound techniques and electroacoustic composing methods. The study discusses various sound design techniques and their emotional and aesthetic impacts. The research reveals that electroacoustic organ music encourages new ways of music listening and perception practices through deep listening methods. The importance of temperament and tuning methods in contemporary electroacoustic organ music is emphasized, as they allow for unique sound and harmony choices. The master's thesis also provides analysis of Domantas Pūras' compositions “Music for Haven” and “Like an Underground River” discussing the compositional methods used. This research is significant not only as an academic contribution to the field of music studies but also as a practical guide for creators who wish to explore the possibilities of electroacoustic music.
